How to take the test

Your testkit comes with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the sample needed.

​

  • All samples must be clearly marked with full name, date of birth and sample date

  • All samples must be returned in the containers provided

  • We recommend posting samples by next day delivery

​

Laboratory results

Laboratory results take 2-3 weeks to be completed. When your results are ready you will receive an email from Genova Diagnostics.
You will need to book a telephone consultation with Dr Shedd to discuss your results.
